Over five years across Spain, Portugal, Poland, South Korea, and Brazil, I've been the guest, the receptionist, the bartender, the chef, the cleaner, the volunteer, the volunteer manager, and the guest experience manager.
I know what a hostel looks and feels like when it's working — and when it isn't. And because my background is in education, I don't just implement change. I train your team to own it.

The Check-In starts remotely right away. The Upgrade and Transformation begin with a Diagnosis Visit — I stay as both guest and consultant and deliver a full written action plan.
